Accessibility Statement
Last updated September 1, 2026
Our commitment to making eastovercharlotte.com usable by as many people as possible, and how to report a barrier.
Our commitment
We want this guide to be usable by everyone, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.
Standard we work toward
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. In practice that means semantic headings and landmarks, full keyboard operability with visible focus, sufficient color contrast, descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, form labels tied to their inputs, and respect for the reduced-motion preference on animated elements.
Known limitations
Some interactive graphics, including the schematic area map, convey spatial relationships that are difficult to express non-visually. Where that occurs we describe the same information in adjacent text. We continue to improve these experiences.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier on this site, email npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com with the page address, the assistive technology you were using, and a short description. We will respond and work to resolve the issue, and we will provide the content in an alternative format on request.
