About Foxcroft
Foxcroft developed largely from the 1950s onward on rolling, wooded land south of the Eastover corridor and north of SouthPark. Its lots are among the largest inside Charlotte's inner loop, and its streets are quieter and more suburban in feel than Eastover's tighter grid.
Housing stock skews mid-century traditional with an increasing share of substantial rebuilds. Buyers who want a pool, a sport court, a guest house, or simply a wide separation from their neighbors frequently choose Foxcroft over the historic neighborhoods to its north.
